Brad designs and develops mission-critical Internet technologies with the "business smarts" of an entrepreneur.  His successful track record includes Fortune 500 companies such as GTE, MBNA America, and JCPenney.  Earning his BBA from Baylor University (Sic 'em Bears!) with majors in both Entreprenuership and Computer Information Systems helps Brad build businesses, not merely software. 

His ability to bring together the various tiers of technologies to meet and adapt  to the changing business environment is what makes Brad so invaluable.

Napoleon Macias

Napoleon is a graduate of the University of Texas where he earned a B.B.A. in Economics.   Napoleon has roots in Mexico and Venezuela; he has spent several years living,  working, and traveling throughout Latin America.

Napoleon is responsible for Business Development for Latin American-base projects as well as utlizing "nearshore IT resources" as a means to provide IT development teams to US-based projects who desire to maximize their IT expenditures, while maintaining proximity to their resources.
